Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Virtual and Onsite Opportunities in Franklin, Indiana

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services both virtually and onsite in Franklin, Indiana. This flexible role offers a unique opportunity to support students in a hybrid capacity, meeting diverse needs while fostering communication growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students communication needs.
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions both virtually and onsite, using engaging and interactive methods.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates may be considered).
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and reliable internet for remote work.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
