Position: Full-Time ABA Therapist/Paraprofessional
Location: Marblehead, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ABA Therapist/Paraprofessional to join our team in Marblehead, MA. This full-time role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their academic, behavioral, and social goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques and strategies as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct support to students in individual and small group settings.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress to support the development and adjustment of educational and behavioral plans.
  • Assist in creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and recommendations to the BCBA and educational team.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills and fostering positive peer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred).
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred.
  • Certification as an ABA Therapist (RBT) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' growth and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
