We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you'll be a crucial component of our IT team, focusing on providing frontline technical assistance and ensuring smooth operations of computer systems, software, and hardware.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for users encountering technical difficulties, offering support via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

• Ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, employing remote troubleshooting when necessary.

• Log, track, and document user-reported issues and service requests, escalating complex matters to higher-level support when required.

• Assist in the configuration and setup of user accounts, software, and hardware to ensure optimal functionality.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and backups, to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of systems and applications.

• Provide basic training to users on system usage and troubleshooting, sharing useful resources and tips to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with other members of the IT team to resolve issues and enhance processes.

• Report on recurring technical problems and propose solutions to prevent future incidents.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Proficient in Citrix Technologies
• Familiarity with Mac Computers
• Expertise in Microsoft tools and software
• Ability to handle, troubleshoot, and repair Apple Devices
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven track record in managing Deployments
