Special Education Teacher

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • 35 hours per week
  • 8:00am-3:30pm
  • ASAP - June 12, 2025
  • PreK-12th - will be placed based on certifications/preference
  • Self-Contained or Resource/Inclusion Classroom
  • Paraprofessionals in each classroom to assist
  • 1 school site - no travel required
  • More details to be discussed upon interview

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
  • Active state Teaching License
  • Active state Certification
  • Proficient in Case Management
  • Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
  • Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
