Your Key Responsibilities:


- Process with Precision: Accurately handle customer credit applications, keeping all information current and reliable.

- Financial Stewardship: Perform detailed bank reconciliations and maintain spotless customer credit records.

- Manage AP & AR: Oversee accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring prompt payments and swiftly addressing any discrepancies.

- **General Ledger Mastery:** Manage general ledger entries and lead month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency.

- Tech-Savvy Accounting: Leverage powerful software tools like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and optimize financial transactions.

- Proactive Account Management: Monitor customer accounts diligently and take proactive measures to maintain healthy financial relationships.

- Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow team members to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations across the board.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead by continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills in key accounting areas.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
