Accounts Receivable Clerk

Direct Hire Position

Location: Mira Loma

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Compensation: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reviewing, correcting, and posting customer invoices.

• Perform daily reconciliations of invoice settlement reports.

• Communicate pricing concerns to management promptly for resolution.

• Prepare and deposit daily bank transactions.

• Accurately apply cash receipts and reconcile with bank deposits.

• Manage collections of overdue balances using aging reports and a tracking system.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts related to invoices and payments.

• Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least two years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced accounts receivable processing.

• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.

• Preferred educational background includes an associate degree with relevant coursework.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
