Are you a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of high school students by providing essential psychological services in a flexible hybrid environment?

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the friendly Windham, NH area This full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work, allowing you to deliver comprehensive psychological services while maintaining a flexible schedule. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the academic success, social-emotional well-being, and overall development of high school students.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs within your high school caseload.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IIPs) to address students' specific challenges and promote their academic achievement and social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive team approach for student success.
  • Provide crisis intervention support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
  • Consult with teachers and staff on strategies to promote positive learning environments and address classroom management concerns.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in school psychology and adolescent development.
  • Participate in data analysis and program evaluation to measure the effectiveness of interventions and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • New Hampshire State School Psychologist Certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Prior experience working with adolescents in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
  • A passion for promoting student success and well-being, and a commitment to working collaboratively within a school community.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule with a blend of in-person and remote responsibilities.
