CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various CNC coil machines, feeding coils with material, identifying different coil lengths, and working off basic blueprints to identify products. This role involves basic troubleshooting and maintenance, visual and micrometer inspections for final quality checks, and handling stress-relieving tests. You will also float between large and small coil CNC machines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate various CNC coil machines
• Feed coils with material and identify different coil lengths
• Work off basic blueprints to identify products
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Conduct inspections visually and with micrometers and calipers
• Handle tests for stress relieving
• Float between large and small coil CNC machines as needed

Essential Skills

• Experience operating CNC machines
• Prior production machine operating experience
• Ability to read and conform to blueprints
• Experience in performing inspections
• Capability to perform shop math

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
