Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to work on injection molding machines. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and perform both electrical (30%) and mechanical (70%) tasks, working up to V480. We are looking for someone who is trainable and able to adapt to the work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Perform electrical work up to V480.
  • Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance.
  • Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
  • Adapt to various tasks and learn new skills as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with electrical work up to V480.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of ideal work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with plastic mold and injection mold processes.
