Job Description: As a Middle School ELA Teacher, you'll inspire students' love for reading and writing. Develop engaging lessons aligned with state ELA standards, and foster a positive classroom culture where students feel valued and empowered.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging lesson plans aligned with state ELA standards
• Utilize various teaching strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
• Valid teaching certification in ELA
• Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and literacy instruction
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
