Job Description

This is an entry-level production position where candidates will be cross-trained to learn all positions on the line. No experience is needed, but candidates will be expected to be on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail. The job involves making custom filters, and the duties include light assembly, quality checks, making boxes, and using small hand tools.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light assembly of custom filters
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
  • Make boxes for packaging filters
  • Utilize small hand tools for scraping and assembly tasks
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure each filter meets quality standards

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled at 72 degrees year-round and very clean. The work is not physically demanding, and no steel-toed shoes are required. Dress code includes pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes), a T-shirt or long sleeve, and if wearing a sweatshirt, strings must be tucked in. The heaviest lifting required is 30 lbs. Shifts available are 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends) and 3rd shift (10:30 pm - 6 am, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends). These positions will move to 2nd shift at the start of the year.
