School Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Paraprofessional to join our team near Morristown,Minnesota. This full-time role focuses on working with early childhood and elementary students to implement behavior plans and provide support in a structured learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for making a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in early childhood and elementary classrooms.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a certified professional.
• Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student success.
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce positive behavior strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with students using ABA methodologies.
• Experience with early childhood and elementary school-age students preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

Pay Rate: $17-22 based on experience

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant EducationRecruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
