School-basedOccupational Therapist (OT) Role with Full Benefits- Norridge, IL

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Create and execute therapy plans.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Deliver therapy to students individually and in groups.
  • Track and record student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student plans.
  • Educate and support school staff and families.
  • Keep accurate records and adhere to all regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Preferred experience in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Understanding of developmental milestones and pediatric conditions.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
