Job Description

We are a manufacturer of various military and defense products, ranging from filters to rocket control modules. Due to an increase in demand, we are expanding our manufacturing team. High-quality products are of the utmost importance to us.

Responsibilities

• Count, prepare, issue, deliver, retrieve, assemble, and package parts and materials for processing to other departments.
• Use carts and pallet movers to locate parts and materials.
• Hand load parts onto shelves as needed.
• Use drawings, diagrams, part replacement manuals, and item master descriptions to correctly identify parts and materials.
• Generate necessary documents.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area free of bins and pallets used in the material handling process.
• Move materials using hand carts or electric vehicles.
• Drive and operate forklifts and pallet movers to locate parts and materials (may or may not be required for specific roles).
• Coordinate with department supervision on material handling priorities.
• Cross-train and work in the yard, stockroom, or receiving as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience in order picking, materials handling, order pulling, packing, and inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to use drawings, diagrams, part replacement manuals, and item master descriptions to correctly identify parts and materials.
• Experience driving and operating forklifts and pallet movers (if required).

Work Environment

Clean production facility. The position is for the 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed, including weekends.
