We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role is integral to our team, with responsibilities ranging from processing financial transactions to maintaining accurate financial records. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial data and contributing to our business's overall financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns

• Manage monthly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Handle payroll operations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial record keeping

• Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and reporting

• Ensure all financial reporting is completed in compliance with regulations

• Keep precise records of all bookkeeping activities

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial records
• Experience with handling accounts payable (AP), managing all outgoing payments
• Capability to manage accounts receivable (AR), tracking all incoming payments
• Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of bank statements and financial records
• Strong bookkeeping skills, maintaining accurate financial records for the organization
• Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas
• Experience with month-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Familiarity with payroll management, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, managing all financial transactions and records within the system
