We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Burnsville, Minnesota. Responsibilities:


• Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns

• Manage monthly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Handle payroll operations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial record keeping

• Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and reporting

• Ensure all financial reporting is completed in compliance with regulations

• Keep precise records of all bookkeeping activities

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial records

• Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of bank statements and financial records
• Strong bookkeeping skills, maintaining accurate financial records for the organization

• Experience with month-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
