Machine Operator

Pay: $20-$22/hr
Hours: We offer multiple shifts, including 12-hour rotating shifts (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) from 5:45 pm to 6 am, and 8-hour shifts Mon – Fri 2:45 pm to 11 pm, or Sun-Thurs 10:45 pm to 7 am. Initial training will be conducted during the day shift, Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm, before transitioning to your regular shift.
Join our team as a Machine Operator and contribute to the production of high-quality packaging solutions You will play a crucial role in setting up and operating press machinery, ensuring the quality of the products, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up materials for the press operation machines.
- Monitor the output of products from the machines.
- Alert maintenance if there are issues with the machine output.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
We offer a competitive sign-on bonus of $4,000, paid out in increments of $1,000 every three months during your first year. After permanent hire, expect pay increases, along with a shift differential for night shifts. We value our contractors and provide raises for outstanding performance even during the contract period.
