Job Summary:

The Press Brake Operator will set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components used in the manufacturing of automotive parts. The ideal candidate has experience in metal fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and Operate Press Brake Machines: Configure the machine to meet specific job requirements, including setting dies and adjusting machine settings.

Read and Interpret Blueprints: Work with engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise bending and shaping of metal parts.

Material Handling: Select appropriate materials, position metal sheets, and secure them for forming processes.

Perform Quality Inspections: Measure and inspect parts to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and quality standards.
Troubleshoot Equipment: Diagnose and resolve minor machine malfunctions or issues to maintain productivity.

Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all company safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
