BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Escrow Support Processor for an opportunity in Winter Garden, FL 34787

Position Title: Escrow Support Processor

Location: Winter Garden, FL 34787

Anticipated Start Date: Oct-10-2024

Expected Duration: 02+ months with a high possibility to extend

Pay Range: $16/hr W2 - $18.13/hr W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Found typically in centralized processing.
  • Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
  • Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
  • Assistance may be required from more experienced team members will vary depending on task complexity; Work may be reviewed for new or more complex tasks
  • Provide a wide range of support within a functional area; Follow the functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed, and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
  • Work is very similar to work performed at the associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge. May work on escrow openings and closings.
