About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Youngstown. This full-time role provides the opportunity to positively impact student development within a collaborative and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify students' needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals with educational objectives.
- Document and track student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer guidance and resources to students, families, and school personnel on occupational therapy methods.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification.
- Preferred experience in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
