We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk . The position is based in READING, Pennsylvania, United States. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be expected to manage customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, and resolve any customer inquiries. In addition, you will be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and taking appropriate action when required.


Responsibilities:


• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and organize data.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll functions.

• Familiarize yourself with Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient payroll management.

• Use About Time for time management and tracking.

• Perform accounting functions as per the industry standards.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made on time.

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance.

• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employee benefits are managed effectively.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role
