Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDSS is looking for a Construction Superintendent in the Metro Atlanta area. As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and manage construction projects across the Georgia territory. You will lead a team of five supervisors to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Supervise all construction activities.
  • manage and mentor a team of five supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monito progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Report project status to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Benefits:
