Do you have a passion for workingwith and supporting young learners with behavior and intellectual disabilities? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a dedicated Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts located in beautiful Kimberly, Wisconsin.The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote positive behavior management strategies.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • Openings in K-12
  • Candidate MUST have DPI License or willing to apply - Must have bachelor's degree or higher in order to apply for this licensure
  • Duties: helping students with behavior, intellectual disabilities, or unique health needs
  • 1:1 or classroom aide

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree with DPI License
  • Behavior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
