Critical Requirements (Please read carefully before applying):
Comfortable with outbound calls: This position requires consistent outbound calls to collect payments, partial payments, or set up payment arrangements.
Attendance: Strict attendance policy—no more than 3 unplanned absences per year. Must work 40 hours per week and up to 45 during peak times (e.g., month-end).
Creditworthiness: Must meet specific credit requirements:
No charge-offs or delinquent accounts.
Current on payment obligations or have arrangements in place.
Flexibility for medical or student loan debt.

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Environment: Business casual, cubicle office setting.
Duties: Early-stage collections (1–15 days past due), focusing on securing payments while adhering to contracts. This is NOT a customer service role—direct and professional communication is key.

Additional Information:
Temp-to-hire model: Initial temporary placement allows time to assess fit. Strong performers have long-term growth potential in this and other departments.
Bonuses available after permanent hire.
Holiday work policy: Thanksgiving and Christmas are observed as closed days, but other time-off requests around the holidays cannot be accommodated.
