Position: Occupational Therapist

Job Details:
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: W2 employment
Position Type: School-based, working directly with students
Responsibilities:
Individualized Therapy Plans: Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet each students unique needs.
Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' needs and track their progress.
Direct Therapy Services: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students improve their daily living skills.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create and support each students educational and therapeutic goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outes to ensure pliance and effective treatment.
Requirements:
U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
OH State Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapy license in Ohio.
Educational Background: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred, but we wele passionate newers eager to make an impact.
Skills: Excellent munication and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
