Responsibilities:
- Classroom Assistance and Instructional Support: Directly working with students either one-on-one or in groups to provide guidance and support within the classroom.
- Student Assistance: Providing assistance to students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning challenges. This may involve giving personalized attention, facilitating communication, or implementing tailored educational plans.
- Collaboration with Teachers
- Behavioral Support: Assisting students in behavior management, implementing behavior plans, and encouraging positive behaviors.
To Be Considered
- Must have experience working with children
- Experience supporting children in the school setting preferred
- Must have a high school diploma
- License / Certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
