Junior Mechanical Drafter

Location: Sonoma, CA

About the Role

As a Junior Mechanical Drafter, you’ll play a key role in bringing breathtaking designs to life. You’ll:

  • Create, edit, and revise detailed 2D CAD drawings.
  • Develop and optimize 3D SolidWorks models.
  • Collaborate closely with project and engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Draft layouts, generate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and apply knowledge of standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.

This role goes beyond traditional drafting, offering opportunities to work on groundbreaking projects that redefine the luxury décor space.

What We’re Looking For
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate SolidWorks expertise with features such as sweep, revolve, extrude, lofts, advanced mates, and creating exploded views.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong skills in drafting layouts and generating BOMs.
  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME Y14 drafting and design codes.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to innovative projects.
