We're looking for a healthcare professional who is passionate about helping patients as our next physical therapist. You will work with people who have mobility issues after surgery or an injury, and help them develop a treatment plan. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating personalized health and fitness plans for patients while also providing them with physical therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of patient issues and will also be up-to-date on the most recent developments in treatment. To qualify for this position, you must have a doctorate in physical therapy and be licensed to practice in the state in which you seek employment. Compensation is based on the number of patients seen, with average annual earnings projected to be $89,000.
Compensation:$89,000 projected earnings
Responsibilities:- Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns
- Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments
- Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines
- Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor
- Present these concierge services in such a way that the patients are eager to continue using them
- Stay up to date in the world of Pelvic Health and Obstetric care for the physical therapist
- Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills
- Some experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic with patients is preferred
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in
- Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
- Experience in Women's Health (pelvic floor and obstetrics) or willingness to train in this area
- Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Coachable and eager to learn the branded Painless Pregnancy way
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Current state licensure in the state you practice
- Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills
