Contract Term: Fall 2024-Spring 2025
Position Type:Full-time
Caseload: K-12th grade students
Compensation:$40+/hour - Experience Based
Responsibilities:
- Assist head occupational therapist withassessments and devisingpersonalized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services.
- Foster collaboration with educators, support staff, and parents to seamlessly integrate therapy objectives into the educational framework.
- Administer direct therapy sessions and deploy interventions to enhance students' functional capabilities.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and ensure effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is preferred.
- State certification or licensure specifically for school-based occupational therapy assistance.
- Proficiency in diverse therapy techniques and interventions tailored to children.
- Prior experience working with students possessing a variety of needs and abilities.
