Schools - Paraprofessional

TeachingAssistant Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a committed Paraprofessional to join our team of educators. In this role, you will support teachers with classroom lessons and activities, helping to create a positive learning environment. This position offers flexible hourly employment under a W2 agreement, making it a fulfilling opportunity for educators who appreciate adaptable schedules.

Job Description:

• 2024-2025 school year
• Full time, in person
  • 8:05AM- 3:15PM
  • M-F
• 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload:
  • Elementary student. 1stgrade
  • No severe behaviors or needs- will help navigate classroom/school, keep on task, and help build independence.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher is required or Para Certification
• Experience working in schools preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assist and support students with special needs
