Job Title: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR, for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral analysis services, developing effective behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with educational and therapeutic teams to support the success of students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students, focusing on improving their social, communication, and adaptive skills.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate behavioral strategies into the educational setting.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and behavior tracking.
