School-Based SLP or SLPA Position Available Near Pageland, SC

An opportunity awaits for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a dedicated school team near Pageland, SC. Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or certification as an SLPA
  • Appropriate state licensure for SC
  • Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and direct therapy sessions for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring approaches to each student's needs and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress to report at IEP meetings and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide consultative support to educational staff regarding language and munication strategies.
