Job Description

Seeking MIG welders for a 2nd shift opportunity. You will follow engineered drawings and blueprints to set up and operate welding machines to manufacture custom parts.

Responsibilities
  • Follow engineered drawings and blueprints to perform welding tasks
  • Set up and operate welding machines to manufacture custom parts
  • Ensure the quality of welds meets specified standards
  • Perform basic shop math to calculate measurements and materials
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
Essential Skills
  • Experience with MIG welding or trade school welding certification
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings
  • Proficiency in basic shop math
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with fabrication and working with steel

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled, dusty fabrication shop environment with good ventilation for fumes. The position is for the 2nd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25
