Join ProCare Therapy as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Virginia Schools

ProCare Therapy is offering a full-time, remote opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to students in Virginia schools. This 1099 position allows you to work from home while supporting students' speech and language development.

Position Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 2025
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: $50-$65 per hour, based on experience
Your Role
  • Perform virtual evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans that address each students unique needs.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions for both individuals and groups.
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
  • Active Virginia SLP license.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, ideally in a school setting.
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
