We are offering a contract for an Accounting Clerk position in the Insurance industry. Based in Minnesota, you will join our office-based team and play a crucial role in our Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of daily check deposits.
• Handle processing of manual expense reimbursements.
• Provide support in ExpenseNet administrative management.
• Assist employees with report submissions.
• Manage corporate card administration including ordering new cards, maintaining credit limits, and reconciling accounts.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing checks.
• Conduct auditing of expense reports.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Familiarity with Billing processes and procedures is essential.
• Must possess strong Data Entry skills.
• Proficient in Invoice Processing.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must.
• Prior experience with SAP software is desired.
• Should be capable of completing and managing Expense Reports.
• Experience in Expense Reconciliation is required.
• Must be adept at Expense Reporting and Expense Reimbursements.
• Knowledge in the processing, preparation, and submission of Expense Reports is necessary.
