The Manufacturing Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for establishing processes and fixturing required for new vehicle builds. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to set up new features and vehicle models. Responsibilities include building sub-assemblies for installation in vans or fabricating parts from raw metal to make assemblies work. Additionally, you will prove out installation methods before releasing them to production and create fixtures from engineered drawings or parts to ease installation during production.

- Ability to recognize welding symbols and specifications.
- Basic math skills with mechanical aptitude.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make necessary corrections.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement tasks effectively.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a manufacturing environment using advanced tools and equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools. The role may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials. The work hours are regular, and safety protocols must be followed at all times. Dress code includes wearing appropriate safety gear and clothing suitable for a fabrication and welding environment.
