Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Stanton, DE area. This full-time, on-site position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one support to a 4th-grade student with challenging behaviors.

What You'll Do:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA to support a 4th-grade student with challenging behaviors.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and other evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change.
• Collect data on student behavior to monitor progress and inform intervention adjustments.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior interventions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for the student.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior intervention for students with challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as part of a team.
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
