1:1 Paraprofessional Position

Job Details:
  • Position: Full Time
    • 40 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $17+/hour (May vary based on experience)
  • Location: Onsite
  • Start Date:Immediate-06/05/2025
  • Caseload:1 student, Highschool
Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Support: Assist with lessons and help the student understand concepts, adapting materials as needed.

  • Behavioral Support: Monitor and manage behavior, providing guidance and reinforcement of positive behavior.

  • Social Skills Development: Facilitate interactions with peers to enhance social skills and encourage inclusion.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Valid Paraprofessional license/certification in Minnesota
