Job Duties include:
The Electrical Technician will complete, and test assemblies based on generated work orders.
Assemblies may be hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and/or mechanical in nature.
JOB DUTIES
? Download programs to PLC’s, VFD drives, Temp controllers, and other misc. components.
? Check all work orders, work instructions and job files to ensure jobs are sent out on time and
are correct.
? Assemble jobs which may include layouts, drilling, tapping, cutting, punching out boxes,
securing components, and wiring assemblies.
? Building complex electrical cable assemblies including proper crimping, soldering and wire
stripping preparation.
? Inspect and test all jobs to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
? Troubleshoot and correct non-conforming assemblies or builds, which may include
energizing assembly and utilizing digital multimeter to check continuity and/or actual voltage
readings.
? Create necessary documentation for each job, including taking photographs of job and
completing all paperwork.
? Travel to customer facility to perform on sight work.
? Prepare assemblies for shipping if needed.
? Notify Production Supervisor of tools and supplies that may be needed to improve
assemblies, build efficiencies or quality.
? Keep work area clean and safe.
? Comply with ISO policies and procedures.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with working knowledge of
ISO 9001: 2015 working environment.
? Possess IPC-A-620 Specialist certification.
? Possess IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 & IPC-7711 Hand Soldering certification.
? Must have basic math and measuring skills.
? Must have experience with hand tools and power tools.
? Must have experience in electrical control and power distribution.
? Must be able to read electrical prints and schematics.
? Must be able to read, write and speak English.
? Computer experience required
? Knowledge of, or willingness to learn 5S.
? Ability to work independently.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Lifting required of up to 50lbs unassisted and over 50lbs with lifting aides.
? Continuous assembling of parts and reaching/working overhead.
? Frequently stands, walks, sits, climbs, pushes, pulls, and carries items.
? Work environment subject to seasonal temperature variations.
? Possess the dexterity to assemble complex and precision components.

Pay Details: 26.00 to 30.00 per hour
