Job Description

The Mixer Operator is responsible for making batches of material in accordance with customer’s and/or company specifications. Responsibilities include weighing materials, cleaning the mixing area, troubleshooting mixing problems, and completing tasks as assigned by the Manager or Group Leader. Key duties involve reviewing mixing schedules, producing batches, inspecting reconditioned drums, dumping batches, and communicating with previous mixermen. The role also requires maintaining correct batch identification, completing paperwork, and informing the Manager of any issues.

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Evansville, Indiana.

Work Environment

Chemical plant, 98% automotive material production. Climate-controlled work environment. Exposure to manufacturing operations such as moving equipment, noise, fumes, vibrations, and dust. Shifts available: 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday), 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday – Friday), 3rd shift (11:00pm – 7:30am, Sunday – Thursday). Overtime may be required. PPE provided.
