Trademark Associate

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a positive attitude and the ability to make quick, independent judgments.

This position pays: $36 - $41

Location: Marin County, Ca  

What you will be doing:

• Conducting preliminary trademark searches (training provided)
• Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and analyses to assess availability and risk.
• Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on trademark strategy and enforcement.
• Keeping abreast of changes in trademark law and industry trends.
• Assisting with administrative systems and processes
• Performing additional duties as assigned

What you bring:

• BA/BS degree highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience utilizing Core Search
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with trademark law and screening is a plus
