Elementary Paraprofessional

Are you passionate about working with kiddos with disabilities?ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a dedicated Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the beautiful Sarasota, Florida. As a Paraprofessional in this role, you willworkclosely with students to reinforce learning, assist with classroom management, and support individualized education plans.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • Elementary caseload
  • 1:1 with Kindergarten student
  • Full 24/25 school year
  • Interviewing ASAP
  • More details upon interview

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working with special education kiddos
  • Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Punctual
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
