We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor to work with students in grades K-8 in Prineville, OR. This is a full-time role where you'll be instrumental in helping students achieve academic, social, and emotional success in a supportive school environment.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
• Age Group: K-8 students
• Position Type: Full-Time, School Year Contract

• Provide individual and group counseling to help students navigate academic and social challenges
• Develop strategies for students to improve their problem-solving, social skills, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment
• Support students' mental health through school-wide programs and one-on-one interventions
• Assist in developing personalized plans for students who need additional support
