We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing fast-casual restaurant group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing a high-performance team, and ensuring each guest receives an outstanding experience. Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, foster a collaborative environment
  • Exceed guest expectations, and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Drive sales, maximize profitability, thrive in fast-paced settings
  • Efficiently identify and solve challenges, focus on solutions
