Job Description

We are currently looking for machine operators). The breakdown is below:

AR:

- Medical slitting - 2nd shift (must be able to train on 1st shift) $18.50/hour plus 10% shift differential

- Coating - 2nd shift (must be able to train on 1st shift) $18.50/hour plus 10% shift differential

ARx:

- 2 for 3rd shift S-T 10pm-6am (must be able to train for multiple weeks on day shift) $20.35/hour

- 1 for 1st shift M-F 6am-2pm $18.50/hour

The process mainly consists of three steps: mixing of ingredients to make the adhesive, coating the given material with the adhesive, and slitting the material to customer specifications. Candidates need to be open to being involved with all three parts of the process and should be ready to learn each step.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Very clean and well-lit (ARx building is borderline clean room, even cleaner than AR). Not an overly fast-paced environment but everyone stays busy. A lot of communication and teamwork occur, so candidates should be able to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team. There are various smells throughout the facility due to the adhesive being manufactured, which can be strong in some areas.
