Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district inLoomis, CAin search of a dedicated Physical Therapistto join their team for the ongoing school year

Position Details:

  • Part-Time: 2 days per week 8 AM-3:30 PM
  • Full 24/25 school year
  • Elementary, Middle, and High School caseload

Job Description:

  • Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
  • Evaluate and assess students' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the student's educational plan.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and modalities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' physical development and independence.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate care.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in accordance with state regulations and school policies.


Requirements:

  • Must hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric environments is required
  • Must possess PT licenses and teaching certifications forCalifornia
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues

Compensation & Benefits:

  • W-2 Employment Contract
  • $58-65/hr

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
  • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
