The role encompasses the vital function of managing the hospital’s health informatics strategy, which involves optimizing data flow, managing electronic health record systems, and ensuring data accuracy, all crucial for informed decision-making in clinical operations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the integration of technology and data in clinical operations.
• Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient and effective use.
• Optimize data flow and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and hospital administration to improve patient care outcomes.
• Use data analytics to drive decision-making and improve patient care.
• Implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all informatics strategies.
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Contracts, Deployments, Deskside Support to enhance job performance.
• Lead and manage IT management projects within the healthcare setting.
• Contribute to the development of hospital’s health informatics strategy.• Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is essential
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must
• Experience with ERP Solutions is required
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential
• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware is necessary
• Experience with Contracts is required
• Familiarity with Deployments is essential
• Proficiency in Deskside Support is a must
