Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) in PA - Telehealth Therapy

Location: Pennsylvania (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contractor

We partner with school districts across Pennsylvania to deliver effective therapy tailored to each student's unique needs. We are currently looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), licensed in Pennsylvania, with a background in school-based services to join our team

Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist with VocoVision, you will provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students in Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders while collaborating with school staff and families. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of working from home while managing a full-time caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and future goals.
  • Maintain detailed records in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (K-12 experience required).
  • Experience with IEPs and school-based documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a computer.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous teletherapy experience and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (optional).

Contract Details:

  • 1099 Contractor position with competitive pay.
  • Full-time caseload.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and the convenience of working from home.
