Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk at our location. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing accounts payable, invoicing, billing, and data entry. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable mailbox and ensure prompt responses
• Carry out daily invoicing and billing tasks
• Handle invoicing consistently, including intercompany sales
• Process and match inventory tickets with vendor invoices efficiently
• Address vendor queries and communication effectively and professionally
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Use QuickBooks for financial tasks, although previous experience is not necessary
• Reconcile account details regularly
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP for various financial tasks.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skill in Billing Procedures
• Competency in Data Entry
• Capability in Invoice Processing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Oracle
• Experience in using QuickBooks
• Knowledge of SAP software
