Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with automotive experience to ensure quality control processes, manage supplier quality, and conduct internal audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within OEM/Heavy Truck Tier 1 supplier environments.

  • 2-3 years of project management and Supplier Quality Management experience.

  • Experience with internal audits and familiarity with IATF 16949 certification.

  • Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with gaging tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, APQP, PPAP, GD&T.

  • Practical application of Project Management, Warranty Analysis, Reliability Projections (Weibull, Probability Distributions), Design for Six Sigma.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes.

  • Manage supplier quality and conduct internal audits.

  • Utilize various quality improvement methodologies to enhance product reliability.



Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
