We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Paramus, NJ. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential through evidence-based behavior interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) to identify target behaviors and intervention goals.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior interventions.
- Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management strategies.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Pay & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Up to $50/hour (based on experience).
